logo-capes-65       CAPES is the Brazilian  Federal Agency for research support and has provided resources for AIM coordinators mobility and  research development through the PVE “Professor Visitante Especial” Program.


Sorbonnes

Association of 11 establishments, Sorbonnne Universités covers a wide spectrum of subjects : science, medicine, engineering, human and social sciences, business management, arts…This multidisciplinary aspect provides Sorbonne Universités the skills to face XXIth century challenges.

 

 

logo_utcOne of the top 5 best french engineering university, UTC put emphasis on innovation and international opening. The Urban System Department (GSU), which is directly involved in AIM project, offers a course covering all the main topics from the city to the building : water, energy and waste management, urban planing, mobility planing.

 

Paris IV

The university Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) is a french university specialized in letters, arts and human science. Thanks to its implication in the AIM program this university is able to treat some of the social aspects of the project. This university is one of the founding members of “Sorbonne Universités”

 

UPMC

Specialized in medecine and science, the University Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) – also named Paris VI – is one of the 10 best universities in Europe. It is also one of the founding members of “Sorbonne Universités”.

 

UFRJ

The UFRJ is one of the two best and biggest university in Brazil. Its Urban Engineering Program (PEU) from Polytechnic School (POLI), which is directly involved in the project, offers a course covering all the main topics from the city to the building : water, energy and waste management, urban planing, mobility planing.

 

 

 The Mayor of UFRJ and his staff supports the project, providing data, discussing directives and stimulating the students involved. The UFRJ Vice-President of Management and Governability (PR-6) is also following the activities.
